PROCURATION / POWER OF ATTORNEY

For Moroccan citizens we require the following:

* The document to be legalised.
* Valid Moroccan ID card.

Fees: The Fee for the legalisation is 60 DHs paid cash in pounds depending on the currency rate

Note that the signatory of the procuration of the power of attorney has to attend in person to sign in front of the Consulate officer.

       For non Moroccan citizens:

• The documents have to be legalised first by the UK Foreign Office before being approved by this consulate General.

 

The signatory is not necessary to attend the consulate once the document has been legalised by the UK Foreign Office.
